Planning out the strategies beforehand is the key and one can save themselves a lot of trouble if they have a well-planned outline of how to go about the situations as and when they occur since adversities, as we all know, come unannounced. 

Using SWOT analysis i.e. strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats is the best possible way of developing a strategy plan. This practice is usually used by most of the large businesses but is also applicable to the small businesses. The SWOT analysis helps in every situation by giving a quick insight of the next right move. The management has a crucial role to play in the strategic planning of the organization. All the internal issues and external issues are addressed by the managers itself and they play a very important role in the planning. It is the responsibility of the management to come up with efficient plans which would impact the business positively.

The strategies of the company affect the human resource also. If the plan and the employees are not in alignment then the effective implementation can be hampered. If the values of the employees do not match with that of the organization then the quality of work is not maintained.
